EXCELLENT Based on 90 reviews Journey569635138712025-06-08Verified Highlight of our trip It was the highlight of our visit. The organizers were accommodating to our changes we needed, and very friendly while on the tour. The desert views were beautiful. Amal M2025-05-26Verified Unforgettable Sunset Desert Safari with Mohamed Mohamed picked us up right on time at 2 PM from our hotel – his car was spotless and comfortably air-conditioned. On the way to the desert, we stopped at the rare Laban trees, where he shared fascinating stories about their cultural significance. We also enjoyed delicious traditional Omani Karak tea.Shortly after, we spotted rare black camels – a true highlight! We then visited the lost city of Ubar and continued into the desert, where Mohamed gave us an exciting dune-bashing adventure. He then gave us time to quietly explore the desert on our own, returning at sunset to take beautiful photos of us.What made this tour truly special was how Mohamed answered all our questions about Oman – it felt like a live and engaging history class. There were cold drinks, snacks, and his warm, friendly presence throughout the trip.A wonderful experience – highly recommended! chiara2025-05-23Verified An unforgettable experience Mohammed accompanied us into the desert. We saw the incense trees and learned the value of this tree and its importance in the history of Oman. We tasted Oman's local tea, Karak, and then saw the black camels. Camel puppies are very beautiful. The desert was something else. The sand dunes and sunset were unique. An unforgettable experience. Thank you, Mohammed. You're great. We were captivated by the golden dunes and the peaceful silence of the landscape. We also visited ancient ruins of an oasis that felt like stepping back in time, and saw the legendary frankincense trees up close which was surreal - especially knowing their historical significance. One of the highlights was encountering majestic black camels. As the day ended, we watched the most breathtaking sunset - fiery orange skies melting into the dunes.A perfect blend of culture, history, and nature.
